Vi ansvarar för försäljning, projekt, installation och service för vindparker i dessa regioner. Vi har ett regionalt kontor i Malmö och lager runtom i länderna. Service Nordics ansvarar för service och underhåll av våra vindkraftverk i Sverige, Finland, Danmark och Norge. Just nu söker vi servicetekniker till vår resande enhet, baserad i Umeå. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta i en spännande bransch och ingå i ett resande team som bidrar med engagemang och kompetens till verksamheten.

Arbetsuppgifter
Service och underhåll av vindkraftverk i enlighet med serviceavtal
Kundkontakt med ägare kring kommande service/reparationer och tydlig rapportering av utförda åtgärder
Ansvar och skötsel av servicebilen inkl. dess lager
Ansvar för reservdelshållning och inventering
Daglig rapportering och registrering i vårt affärssystem


Kvalifikationer
Erfarenhet eller utbildning inom el eller mekanik. Du är även villig att utveckla dina färdigheter inom områdena
God allmän datorvana
Goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska (koncernspråk) i tal och skrift
Tidigare erfarenhet som servicetekniker eller liknande arbete är meriterande
Körkort B

Särskilda krav
För denna tjänst är det absolut krav på hög förståelse vad det gäller resor och arbetstider. Antalet resande dagar på ett arbetsår, kan uppnå 192 dagar.
Ett krav för att erhålla anställning är att man blir godkänd för mast- och stolpintyg, vilket består av ett belastnings-EKG och läkarundersökning, vilket utförs under rekryteringsprocessen.

The service department for Sweden and Finland is responsible for the service and maintenance of our wind turbines in the countries. Vestas Northern and Central Europe strives to be the highest performing business unit within Vestas, in terms of both modern energy and customer satisfaction as well as being the most attractive workplace. With these ambitions, the service technician who takes care of customers' turbines has an important role at the forefront of our service agreements. Tasks

· Customer contact with owners regarding upcoming service and clear reporting of actions performed

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
· Experience or education in electrical or mechanical engineering. You are also willing to develop your skills in the areas
· Good general computer skills
· Good oral and written proficiency in both Swedish and English (corporate languages)
· Previous experience as a service technician or similar work is meritorious
· Driving licence B
Competences
· You are service-oriented, have great collaborative skills and can easily communicate with other parts of the organization
· You are solution-oriented, driven, structured and can work independently
· You have a high level of security thinking
· The service involves traveling with overnight stays for various further education as well as assistance in other areas. For this service, high flexibility in terms of travel and working hours is thus an absolute requirement.
A requirement for obtaining employment is that you are approved for mast and pole certificates, which consist of a load ECG and medical examination, which is carried out during the recruitment process.

Ansvarsområden
Just nu söker vi två servicetekniker till vår servicestation i Kalmar, som kommer att ingå i serviceteam med ansvar för service och underhåll av vindkraftverk i området. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att innefatta:

Idrifttagande av nya vindkraftparker
Kundkontakt med ägare kring kommande service/reparationer och tydlig rapportering av utförda åtgärder
